Domestic Shipping (United States)

Theodent ships within the United States. Once an order is placed, we typically ship within 3-5 business days. Standard and expedited service are available at checkout.

International Shipping

Theodent ships to most countries. Theodent is not responsible for customs or import duties charged on delivery; the recipient pays any such charges. Delivery times vary, and Theodent cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for international shipments. By placing an international order, the customer agrees to these terms.

Return Policy

Unopened, unused product in original condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Opened product is not eligible for return. To start a return, contact info@theo-corp.com for instructions. Shipping and handling fees are not refunded. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received. International orders are not eligible for returns.
